The Fraunhofer FEP offers its clients the development of processes and technologies for efficient and cost-effective fabrication of innovative organic electronic solutions in Roll-to-Roll (R2R). The inspection system consists of a winding unit with a CCD camera bank for pixel resolution down to 14μm (100% web inspection) and a modular, moveable optical microscope with a point resolution down to 1μm.
