Backplane foil

• Screen printed Ag conductive traces on PET.
• Graphical printing on both substrate sides on PET.
• 200 LED chip (5mm x 5mm) bonded using ICA.

Glass integration process

• Assembled LED foils are placed between glass plates and bonded together using vacuum, heat and pressure.
• Design freedom for both graphical and electronic layout.
